You will have to do a lot of leg work if you decide to go this route as finding customers and taking payments will be on you completely.
That being said, as an independent phone sex operator you will be able to charge whatever you want without anyone else taking a cut.
As you won’t necessarily have your own premium phone line, you will need to find another way to charge customers for phone calls (eg. they get your number after payment has been received).
